Why should your council get involved in Clean Up Australia Day?

Clean Up Australia Day is Australia's largest community base environmental event.  It continues to grow from strength to strength because of the generous support of many individuals, businesses, community groups and councils throughout Australia.

Councils help the Clean Up Australia Day campaign in many ways and council support is critical to its success.  Ways in which councils can support the campaign are suggested in the Council Guide below.
