CLEAN UP AUSTRALIA DAY EVENT - DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS
Site Coordinators
You must first register your site in order for it to be an official Clean Up Australia Day site and you to be covered by public liability insurance.
- The first set of materials below is essential to run your Clean Up Australia Day event:
- You must ensure you read the Site Guide and follow the recommendations and guidelines provided to run your site safely
- Please print out the Risk Warning Poster and as many of the Volunteer Registration Forms as you think you will need for your site. It is important to register all of your volunteers (including yourself)
- Also, please take some copies of the Accident Incident form to fill out if needed
- It is also important you print out and complete the End of Clean Up Form. Return this to us so we combine your results and be able to report on the great outcomes of your efforts.
