Triple Bin Challenge

In the 'Triple Bin Challenge' students will participate in every stage of the development of an integrated waste management program for the school. The Handbook provides a comprehensive guide for teachers on undertaking a waste audit and developing a waste management strategy using the principles of the waste hierarchy.

From design through to evaluation, tools within the Handbook provide teachers with the means of engaging students in measuring and reflecting upon improvements in waste management so students can understand that their contribution is vital to the program's success.
