Blue Mountains City Council

Residents and community groups from the Blue Mountains have been participating in Clean Up Australia Day for almost 20 years.

'Clean Up Conversations' is part of the Blue Mountains City Council's Clean Up Australia Day event.

These are guided, interpretive walks conducted by NPWS Discovery Program (Blue Mountains Region) on Clean Up Australia Day each year. 

They offer an educational experience for local residents,  introduce residents to their local bushland reserves, attract residents who otherwise would not participate in Clean Up Australia Day and inspire long-time volunteers to continue to participate in the event each year.
