Business Collection

The Business Collection is tailored to larger mobile phone collections. You have the choice of organising your campaign two different ways:

Distributing pre-paid satchels
Mobile Phone Collection Satchels (Up to 100) allow you to have a display point or simply hand them out to staff or customers. Phones are placed inside and envelopes are posted to our recycling partner, Aussie Recycling Program (ARP), through Australia Post free of charge. This is ideal where there is not a staff member to organise a large collection.  

Using a Collection Box
Request a Collection Box to organise your collection at a single point. You can promote your collection to your staff or customers and have everyone bring their old mobile phones to a specified collection point. This is a great way to create a high impact, staff engaging event.

In both ways you will receive our Collection Package with helpful information on how to plan and organise your collection, how to engage and reward your participants and promotional material to make sure your collection gets the best exposure.  

A one-off payment of AUD$110 is required to cover the cost of the materials and organising the pickup. Clean Up Australia will provide you with a tax invoice. Exemptions from this fee apply to registered charities and are provided on request.

Clean Up Mobile Phone Collection Package

Your Collection Package will include:

1. Business Information Pack

• Step by Step Guide to organising your collection
• Electronic Posters: Colour, B&W, A4 and A3 versions to promote your collection
• Up to date Fact Sheets to disseminate to staff
• Further Information Sheets about mobile phones and the environment
• Frequently Asked Questions Sheet for staff

2. Collection Facility

• Collection Box with two collection bags for save pickup of mobile phones. Box comes in plain white. Or your selected number of Satchels (up to 100)
• Free courier pickup of the mobile phones you collected in your Box once you have collected more than 16 phones.

3. Rewarding Results

• Information and advice on rewarding your staff and recognising achievement of participation in the program. 
• Opportunity to be listed on our website as part of the Clean Up Mobile Phones Leaderboard.
