Collection Satchel

You want to recycle just one phone or a small amount of mobile phones? A Collection Satchel is best for you. 

Simply request a free pre-paid satchel via our website, place your old mobile and battery in it and post it back. It will be returned via Australia Post free of charge. You can request up to 10 satchels via our online registration form.

Reply Paid Label

You are looking for a quick and easy way to send in your old mobile phones for recycling? Download our Reply Paid Label, print it out, stick it on a sturdy envelope, fill in the requested details and off it goes. It will be returned via Australia Post free of charge. Download as many Reply Paid Labels as you need.

Collection Box

Use a Collection Box to start a mobile phone collection in your business. It is a great way to raise awareness of e-waste and the environmental impact of mobile phones among staff or members of an organisation. 

As part of the Business Collection we will send you the Clean Up Mobile Phones Collection Package. This includes the Business Information Pack, Collection Facilities and rewarding results. A one-off payment of AUD$110 is required to cover the cost of the materials and organising the pickup of your mobile phones. Exemptions from this fee apply to registered charities and are provided on request. Read more about our Business Collection offerings
