Care of the environment is important and an ongoing concern for Girl Guides Australia. The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group) is Australia's leading industry organisation representing 10,000 employers in manufacturing, construction, automotive, telecommunications, IT, transport, labour hire and other industries. Fire and Rescue NSW

The partnership between Fire and Rescue (FRNSW) and Clean Up Australia Day contributes to a safer and cleaner environment, demonstrating FRNSW's commitment to community and environmental protection.

FRNSW is responsible for preventing and responding to fire emergencies, protecting 90 percent of the State's population in the major cities, metropolitan areas and towns across rural and regional areas.

 

Millennium Kids

Millennium Kids is a unique organisation that is run by kids, for kids, aged 10-15 years and aims to encourage young people to be environmental leaders by being active and aware in their environment.

Brisbane City Council

Brisbane City Council is organising priority flood clean up sites around Brisbane. These sites will be in addition to the usual Clean Up Australia Day activities, where volunteers can register their own site or join an existing site.
