Volunteering in our Office in Sydney

Volunteers are required to assist with various tasks throughout the year. At the moment we are looking for assistance in Campaign and Marketing Support.

Location: The Rocks, Sydney

Commencement Date: On going

Conclusion Date: On going

Commitment Required: 1 day a week

Position Overview: The position’s focus will be on assisting the Clean Up Australia team with a range of campaign development and marketing tasks. This is a great opportunity for somebody wanting to gain practical experience in an office environment. The candidate will need to be experienced in using a computer. Information, guidelines and support will be provided.

Major Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of this role will be campaign and marketing support including research, admin support, website updating and customer service.

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn
• Ability to commit to volunteer work on a regular basis
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of computers
  

Work Conditions:

• Training and development opportunities will be provided where appropriate
• Volunteers will be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expenses
• Volunteers are covered by CUA’s Group Personal Accident Insurance cover
