Who supplies the products for your store?

Most our products are supplied by Adsun in Queensland, Australia. They also ship directly from their warehouse to your nominated shipping address. Our other products under the banner of Clean Up Our Climate are supplied by our corporate partners.

What happens when I purchase an item?

You will receive a confirmation email of your order to the email address you supplied to us. We will notify our supplier of the order and they will ship the item/s as quickly as possible.

Are the products sold on the online store environmentally friendly produced?

The items selected for this store are chosen for their quality and longevity - and whilst these items themselves have a footprint, the environmental benefits of using them over a long period of time returns a greater value.

Where do the profits of each sale of an item go towards?

All proceeds go to funding our many Clean Up campaigns including Clean Up Australia Day, Clean Up Our Climate just to name a few.

What is the Return Policy?

We are happy to accept returns as long as the goods are in original packaging and re-sellable condition, within 3 weeks of dispatch from our warehouse.
