If you would like to leave a gift to Clean Up Australia in your Will, it is important to have the correct wording to ensure that your wishes are carried out correctly.
A suggested form of bequest is below, but we strongly recommend that you consult your Solicitor for further assistance.
“I give to Clean Up Australia Ltd (ABN 93 003 884 991) for its general purposes (indicate percentage, amount, item or property) and declare that the receipt of the Company Secretary at the time shall be sufficient discharge of my executor’s duty”.
