Rescheduling is a breeze!

We get it - stuff happens! There's a of myriad of reasons why Clean Up events need to rescheduled & we encourage you to postpone rather than cancel if possible.

Rescheduling your Clean Up event is a breeze.

Your event dates can be very easily rescheduled if you are the site supervisor.  

Simply log-in to your account:

  • Go to “ My Events” and click on the “Edit My Page” tab
  • Scroll down to “Time/Date of Event”
  • Make changes and click on “Update Details”


 Any volunteers who have registered for your site will need to be notified of date/time changes via these additional steps:


  • Sites with volunteers attached will have a “Site Volunteers” tab next to the “Edit My Page” tab.
  • Click on the “Site Volunteers” tab – volunteers are displayed under “Others taking part in your Fundraiser”
  • Each volunteer can be contacted by clicking on the “Send Email” link under their name.


We know that Australia's waste challenges go far beyond one day and encourage you to postpone rather than cancel if possible. Any areas affected by heavy rain and damaging winds will need attention when it is safe for volunteers to gather outdoors.


If you do require your event to be cancelled (and are not able to reschedule) please notify your volunteers directly and advise Clean Up Australia by email cleanup@cleanup.com.au or phone 02 8197 3400.
